This program is designed to improve power in your; leg drive, serve, and groundstrokes. Using your body weight and a medicine ball (some exercises) these specific power exercises will dramatically improve your upper & lower body power.
FOOTSPEED / COORDINATION
Most players have issues with their preparation steps and coordination on court. These high-intensity exercises will improve your ability to prepare better for shots and react faster.
AGILITY / MOVEMENT
